About
Founded by Mark Gray and Michael Wyatt, we're a team of locals who were drawn to Queenstown by the epic mountain environment and who've stayed on to help craft our built environment. With an extensive range of experience and an appreciation for the beauty and challenges of the region, we delight in the potential and work with the constraints in our designs. We keep active in the local community and like to lend a hand to worthy causes where we see that we can add value. A down-to-earth lot, we approach our relationships with integrity and our projects with rigor and enthusiasm - at work, at home and beyond.

Community Projects
Ben Lomond Adopt-A-Plot
Like many locals, we've adopted a plot on Ben Lomond to prevent the spread of Wilding Pines and help to protect our native biodiversity. Maintaining it is a team effort which involves some light hiking and steep weeding, best undertaken in the sunshine. If you want to adopt a plot too, take a look here: https://whakatipuwilding.co.nz/adopt-a-plot/
Mornington Cable Car (Dunedin)
Two things we enjoy, heritage projects and sustainable travelled combined into one. We worked with the Dunedin Heritage Light Rail Trust to produce a concept for a hub building for the cable cars.
Take a look at their website here: http://www.dunedincablecars.co.nz/index.html
Queenstown Gardens Band Rotunda
The first band rotunda was erected in Queenstown Gardens in 1891 but had fallen into disrepair by the 1960's. A new rotunda was built in 1981 which was in turn rebuilt in 1999 by the Queenstown Lions Club. Michael provided the drawings to replicate the original Rotunda.
Jims Way Cycle Bridge
In conjunction with Lightfoot Initiative and the Queenstown Trails Trust, we were keen to lend our support to in advocating for a pedestrian bridge over SH6 to improve access and mitigate a currently dangerous multilane street crossing.
