Jacks Point House 02

This house was completed in mid 2017, and was designed in response to a north facing site at Jacks Point.  Built to an ‘Evolution’ standards which included an air tightness system, above code insulation and sustainable materials.  The house steps down the site, and uses traditional Central Otago forms with contemporary detailing.
