Speargrass Flat House

An interesting project - a fire damaged living wing to a house had to designed to meet an existing slab outline.  The roof form was changed to take advantage of the views and sun orientation.  Similarly the building fabric was greatly enhanced to perform better thermally but also with a more contemporary aesthetic.
