Jacks Point Duplex

This westerly facing section is a designated ‘composite’ Jacks Point site allowing for ’townhouse’ developments. The site rises relatively steeply from the lower road access, where the vehicle crossing was on one side of the property.  Despite these design challengers, two 3 story units were fitted on site with views towards the golf course.
